Plugin developers Krotos Audio have already featured on the dBs blog with their incredible free software, and their full, paid-for plugins are mind-blowing too. Aimed at Film, TV and sound design, they are also a really creative musical tool too. Recently our Sound Design students had a guest lecture and workshop from Krotos Audio's Matthew Collings.
